My service advisor, Rick Weible, took excellent care of me from check in, to updating me through out the service, to check out. After I left I had an computer service check light come on, I brought the truck back and Rick got his technician to correct the error right away, Just can't beat that kind of service, Have a RAM truck? Take it to Chapman for all your service needs, you won't be disappointed!
I love the attention and care that I receive whenever I go in for service. Holly takes great care of her customers. If and when I need a new car, I will purchase from Chapman because of Holly. I know she will always look out for me and my car. Holly is an asset to Chapman. I said it before and I will continue to say it. Holly is awesome. We need more people like her!

Cassidy at the service department was great. Welcomed me right as I exited my vehicle. Asked questions but also provided stellar service. My truck was cleaned. A very seamless process. Cassidy should be the ambassador and train other advisors on how to actually engage with customers. I look forward to bringing my vehicle back for servicing and will only have Cassidy work with me.
Took my Ram 2500 in for a cracked fuel filter canister and faulty coolant sensor. Kyle Mayo took care of the issues, and completed a recall I didn't even know about. Great job ??

Just want to give a shout out to the service department. I have 2 vehicles. One Ram and a Chrysler. My 2009 runs as good as the day I bought it. My Chrysler is so old they can't get parts for it..The other day I had a oil change done on the Ram. My Chrysler is leaking gas and they took it back to see where the leak was . They found it but couldn't fix it cause they don't have the parts and they don't deal in second hand parts. They didn't charge me a dime for that service but at least I now know what the problem is. Chapman, you have wonderful service advisors. Holly, Andrew, and Cassidy are wonderful advisors. They make you feel welcome. They get right on the problem and always letting you know what's going on with the vehicle. Chapman I have been a customer for years and always will be.

Kevin that work in service department at Chapman Jeep on boulder hwy and Sahara ave is the best. He has Customer service skills and he know the vehicles and he know what he doing. Been taking all my Chrysler related vehicles to Chapman for the past 15 - 20 years for service and repairs. Would not trust any other dealership. Now that they have a dedicated Jeep service building, it's even easier to get scheduled and worked on.
Check in and out was a breeze. Evan was very pleasant. We had an 3rd party warranty that ended up being worthless. Evan helped us to purchase an extended Ram warranty. Our Ram Boxes on both sides were not working automatically. I was quoted 1100.00 to repair. At home I inspected and purchased 2 green clips from Chapman Dodge for about 9.00 each side and the Ram boxes are working great.
Had my engine replaced do to porous cylinder walls causing cylinder 4 to misfire Was coverd under warranty and was replaced quickly after finding the problem

I brought my Ram 2500 in to get the side box fixed and it was amazing. When I dropped it off, I was told it would take 2-3 days. However, I received a surprise call saying it had been fixed and was ready to be picked up the same day! Kyle Mayo was the best. He was a fantastic communicator and explained things clearly so I would understand the process. When I picked up my truck, it looked great! It looks better than when I bought it. I couldn’t be happier with the job completed by Chapman’s service department.

Went in and Atley was great going over recommended services. Got oil change, coolant flush, brake fluid flush and air cleaner in just 2 hours time. thought it would take a lot longer. Loved all the recommendations for service needed on my Dogde Ram 1500
